Air fried salmon bites, homemade slaw, avocado, cilantro, and fresh jalapeno
serve with rice and black beans

Strawberry beet salad
Roasted beets, spinach, chopped walnuts, strawberries, thinly sliced onion, blue cheese crumbles, and a light EVOO, balsamic vinegar, salt + pep dressing

Pesto pasta
Fresh basil, garlic, walnuts or pine nuts, grated parmesan, salt + pep, angel hair pasta, side of halved cherry tomatoes with salt + pep
optionally add serving of chicken or salmon for protein or garlic bread for fun
